Image: The truth is, most Hcg Dieters have a slip at one point during their round; whether on purpose or unintentional (like when you bought that mustard condiment and didn’t realize it was full of sugar until after you’d eaten it.) the worst damage from a cheat however, doesn’t show up your on the scale, because it’s psychological. You see when we have a setback, it can cause a snowball effect that ultimately leads to giving up.... but there are plenty of steps we can take to keep us moving forward to reach our goals.
