1Cut sirloin into thin strips
2Marinate for 4 hours in the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, and onion.
3Brown the steak in a skillet
4Add the 1/2 cup water
5Thinly slice the Savoy cabbage, cover and simmer 5 minutes,
6Stir & simmer 5 more minutes then stir uncovered until water is gone.
