P3 Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Whip Dessert

Pumpkin whip dessert

  • Yields: 4 servings


1Whip cream with softened Mascarpone cheese until smooth.

2Add vanilla, stevia, spices, and pumpkin pie spice.

3Gently puree on low speed stirring to combine until pumpkin mixture is blended.

4Top with crushed walnuts, stevia sweetened whipped cream, and an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.


2/3 cup pureed Pumpkin

1/2 cup whipping cream (save some to serve as topping)

2 Tbs. Mascarpone Cream, softened

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

4 Tbs. walnuts, crushed

Stevia to taste
