(Heat until you see little bubbles around the garlic.)3Use a bit of your broth to keep garlic from sticking to the pot, if necessary.4Add tomatoes, chicken broth, and onion powder, cumin, chili powder, cayenne.5Bring to a boil. Seriously, I had to salt. I couldn’t eat it without a little bit of salt. I used pink Himalayan salt. Wish it had more chicken too, but for HCG, its not too bad. Sure miss the cheese and tortillas…guess I add that for Phase 3.
