1Place chopped apples into a medium saucepan with the 1/2 cup of water and bring to a simmer.

2Cover. Cook for around 10 minutes or until apples are good and soft in consistency.

3Add Stevia, Cinnamon and Lemon Juice (and strawberries if adding them to your recipe.)

4Mash well, as though you are making mashed potatoes or guacamole.

5Cook for an additional 3 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally.

6Place entire mixture into a blender and puree until smooth.

7Line a baking sheet with the parchment paper.

8Pour the cooked apple mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer evenly with a wooden spoon.

9Bake at 170 degrees for 2 or 3 hours or until it’s tacky but doesn’t stick to your finger.

10When finished, cut and roll.

4 Cups - Apples (Peeled, Cored and Chopped)

1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice

1 to 2 Tablespoons - Stevia

1 Teaspoon - Cinnamon

1/2 Cup - Water

Strawberries, chopped (optional: the addition of strawberries with the apples is non-OP but safe on some protocols)

You will also need a baking sheet and parchment paper.
