Throw everything into a slow cooker for 6 hours.
8 Cups Water
6 Skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
1 tbs of salt (I use pink himalayan salt)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs chopped onion seasoning
3 tsp minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1 (14 oz) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1 tbs chili powder (or 3 tbs if you want it spicy)
1 tsp sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 zucchini (optional)
1 celery stalk (optional)
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
