1Cook: 10 hours
2DIRECTIONS:
3Rub London Broil with salt and pepper.
4Make small slits in roast and insert slices of garlic.
5Put 1 sliced onion in bottom of crock-pot.
6Place roast on top of onion and add other ingredients.
7Cover and cook on low for about 10 hours.
