This chicken broth/stock is hcg diet friendly and a safe substitute for store bought chicken broths that have sugars and other non hcg diet safe ingredients.

How to make Hcg Diet Chicken Broth / Stock


1Combine water and all seasonings in a large pot on the stove.

2Once all powdered spices are dissolved, add raw chicken breasts. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and continue to boil until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.

3Once cooked, remove chicken pieces from the pot and remove broth from heat. Your freshly made chicken stock is hcg diet safe.

4You can store the chicken broth in mason jars or other types of glass storage. Refrigerate or freeze for storage.

You can adjust seasonings slightly according to your flavor preferences.

If you do not have poultry seasoning, you can make your own using spices such as ground thyme, ground sage, ground marjoram, ground nutmeg, ground rosemary, and ground black pepper. Combine all equally and you have your Hcg Diet safe poultry seasoning.


6 chicken breast (boneless, skinless) Approx 100 grams each

8 cup Water (room temperature or warm)

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1/24 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning (or make your own using notes below.)

1/4 tsp Celery salt

1 tsp Ground black pepper

1/2 tsp Sea salt (I use Pink Himalayan sea salt)
