1Steam chicken breast. Reserve 1 cup of water from steaming.
2Pulse the cabbage in your food processor about 10 times or until you get a rice like consistency.
3Place into pan.
4Pulse chicken and remaining ingredients together to mix well.
5Add chicken mix to cabbage.
6Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water from steamed chicken.
7Cook with the lid on medium and then once everything is cooked, remove lid and cook until the liquid is reduced. 20-30 min.
