Directions

1This is a super easy, fast salad mix. It makes 5 to 6 servings, so it's great to keep in the fridge. Tastes great chilled! Toss and enjoy!

Ingredients

3-4 Tablespoons of Cilantro

2 Cucumbers (English are healthier)

2 cloves of Garlic

1 Jalapeno (optional)

3 tablespoons of lime juice

Black pepper to taste

1/4 tablespoon red pepper or chili flakes

1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt

In Phase 3 or Phase 4: Option to add 2-3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
