1Blend all in a blender for an iced cinnamon dolce.

4Depending on your protocol, you need a bit more milk than the original protocol permits to get that "froth" or you can just enjoy the flavor of a "skim" version with the allotted 1 tablespoon of milk. Almond milk has less sugar but changes the frothiness as well; tastes great tho!
5Stir the espresso powder into the hot water and set aside.
6In a glass measuring cup combine milk, cinnamon, stevia and nutmeg; stir until thoroughly combined.
7Place in Microwave and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the milk starts to froth up.
8Remove from Microwave and stir again.
9Place in Microwave for an additional 30 seconds, or until the milks starts to froth up again.
10Remove and, while stirring the espresso, slowly pour the milk mixture into the coffee.
11Garnish with cinnamon.
