Chilled Asparagus

  • Yields: 1 serving, 1 vegetable


1Steam asparagus until tender yet crisp.

2Marinate in vinegar, lemon juice and spices for 30 minutes and chill in the refrigerator.

3Serve cold.



1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Pinch of garlic powder.

Pinch of onion powder.

Pinch of paprika.

Pinch of lemon zest.

Salt and pepper to taste.
