1Cook meat in skillet with fresh garlic and minced onion.

2Drain fat.

3Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, black pepper, garlic, cumin, onion powder & oregano.

4Add splash of water to keep from sticking.

5 Let flavors mingle.

6 Add can of low sodium chicken broth - don't mix just make sure nothing is sticking to the pan then cover and cook it for 5 minutes.

7Add zucchini and Enjoy!

8Zucchini should be warmed not cooked or it gets mushy.


100 g Leanest ground beef or chicken

1 Fresh garlic clove, minced

1 tsp Minced onion

Diced tomatoes

1 tsp Chili powder

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Oregano

Low sodium chicken broth, as needed
