1Lay 1 slice of chicken, top with 2 slices of chorizo another slice of chicken and wrap with a slice of parma ham repeat again
2Place both sandwiches on foil and put chopped cherry tomatoes around the edges of chicken (not on top of chicken)!!
3Fold foil and seal chicken in and cook in pre heated oven at 230c for 30 mins
I really did love this meal and was my basic lunch and supper for 6 weeks, For speed I produced 2 meals at lunch time and put the other in fridge so only had 1 mess to clean up
