Chicken Fajitas, Phase 2, Hcg Diet Recipe

- Yields: Serves 2 (1 protein & 1 vegetable ea.)
1Mix ingredients for marinade and place in a sealable bag.
2Slice raw chicken into strips and place into the bag of marinade.
3Refrigerate for about 8 hours, turning occasionally.
4Pan fry chicken in a nonstick pan.
5Arrange chicken strips on plate and top with Citrus Tomato Salsa
6Citrus Tomato Salsa:
8Combine dressing, lemon juice, spices, and stevia.
9Add in tomato and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
