Chick-Fil-A Chicken and Sauce – Phase 2 Friendly*

This is an Hcg Diet Info Forums member recipe: "Yesterday I was in the mood for Chick-fil-a and instead of giving in I put my thinking cap on. The results tasted so good and I lost another .8lb. That's up to 8.4lbs this past week! I'm so proud of myself 😝"


1Chicken: season with garlic & herb seasoning & a half tsp of stevia/truvia, grill 4 minutes on both sides.

2Sauce: mix 1 tbsp French’s honey mustard, 1 tbsp Walden Farms mayo & 1 tsp of liquid smoke.

2-4 chicken breast strips

Chicken Seasoning:

Garlic and Herb Seasoning

1/2 Tsp Stevia/truvia

Hcg Diet Friendly Chick-fil-a Sauce:

1 tbsp French's Honey Mustard

1 tbsp Walden Farms Mayonnaise

1 tsp Liquid smoke

Hello DNC,
It’s noted on the site that these are community-submitted recipes, and now there are just sooooo many variations of the protocol- well, it makes things a bit complicated. No protocol is “wrong” but they may vary from the “OP” or “Original Protocol.”

Your message makes me realize we definitely need to make this notice a bit louder so people are aware of this, so thank you for that 🙂

This is so off base…even though this sauce sounds really good, unfortunately the honey (in the honey mustard) & Mayo are NOT allowed in any amount during phase 2. I’ve seen tons of ingredients listed in multiple recipes throughout this website that are NOT allowed during phase 2. Anyone who is currently doing the hcg diet or new to the diet altogether, please do your research first because a recipe like this will halter any weight loss & likely cause you to gain weight & set you back days!
