Directions

1This is phase 3 friendly and oh so healthy!!!! Layer on just like in the photo, with the avocado and arugula first.

2I like to add chili powder or cayenne now and then. Tobacco or franks hot sauce too.

Ingredients

- Spelt or Sprouted toast (I use sourdough spelt- super healthy and low glycemic rate.

- Avocado

- hard boiled egg, sliced

- arugula greens organic

- tomato chopped

- chia seeds

- lemon

- sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt.

- chili powder (optional)
