Artichoke dip P3

  • Yields: Many servings.


1Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.

2Mix into softened cream cheese and heat in a small saucepan.

3Add garlic, onion, and spices and simmer gently.

4Stir in ½ cup grated parmesan cheese and melt.

5Pour into small crock-pot or dish to serve hot or chill and use as a cold dip for



1 can artichoke hearts in water.

1 package softened cream cheese.

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.

2 cloves garlic minced.

2 tablespoons minced onion.

¼ teaspoon garlic powder.

¼ teaspoon onion powder.

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste.
