This is my favorite meatball (abondigas) soup that is a staple for me in Phase 2 of the Hcg Diet. This is one of those recipes I can make in bulk and keep in my fridge at all times. It's so good, I look forward to eating it just about every day. Even my toddler loves this!
This refreshing salad dressing will become a regular, even after phase 2! Adjust the measurements of the spices as desired and use as you wish.
This delicious, fat free dressing, & can also be enjoyed as a dip for apples, pear wedges & raw veggies! In phase 4, try swapping the apple cider vinegar for balsamic!
