Image: I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I’ve already heard from quite a few people that are proud of themselves for doing so great at the holiday buffet. So far I’ve only heard from a few, that straight from their plan... but it was only one meal and easily fixable. There is a cheap fix article on my blog, but here are a few quick tips you can do to get back on track this morning. 1. Hydrate: drink up! Water not only helps you flush calories, but keeps your metabolism running strong. 2. Detox tea; I️ love blueberry slim life detox tea - it’s at Target, Whole Foods, & Amazon. 3. Go for a good walk & pick up the pace. A 20 min walk can burn 100 calories & keep your metabolism raised for over 6 hours. 4. Gift your leftovers! I’m boxing mine up and sharing them with those in need today. 5. Check in with your weight loss buddies- group support is so powerful (support groups on HDI & free coaching.) bonus tip #6. Most important: Meditate, or take some quiet time to remind yourself of your journey and why you started. Mental focus is key to weight loss success so please don’t skip this.
