You can even use your permitted milk allowance for a creamier smoothie (I use almond milk as a sugar free substitute for milk)

This chicken salad will become a go-to. Easy to take for lunch on the run, or a quick and easy lunch at home.
Special equipment needed: an instant-read thermometer
In a surprising twist, Tuscan kale is served raw—and makes for a substantial and satisfying winter salad. Be sure to choose bunches of Tuscan kale with small leaves, which are more tender.
Olive Oil (Only for Phase 3; you can leave this out for Phase 2, and it will still be good, but the okra won't be as crispy)
Alternative to olive oil: Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
Cut the okra in to small, bite size pieces
Toss okra in salt, pepper and Olive Oil
Spread on cookie sheet
Cook for 25 minutes until crunchy...stir the okra halfway to prevent burning
So So good! and every bit of "sliminess" is gone!
This delicious, fat free dressing, & can also be enjoyed as a dip for apples, pear wedges & raw veggies! In phase 4, try swapping the apple cider vinegar for balsamic!
