1Place everything into a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
2Use immersion blender to mix
3Combine with 100g of chicken breast and enjoy.

2 Frozen bags of spinach or 1 large box & 1 frozen bag
2" piece of ginger, minced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garam marsala
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Onion, minced. (Optional & not technically compliant)
Salt & pepper to taste
100 g Chicken breast broiled, baked

EXCELLENT!! I already had the Garam Marsala on hand – we cook Indian food from time to time, but I’ve never tried to make saag. I spent some time on it with the emersion blender and it came out creamy and delicious – better than any restaurant that we’ve had it at. This will become a P2 staple and we will add paneer to it for P3 and beyond. Thank you SO much for this recipe!

Fun and easy if you like spices and new tastes. On the borderline of “too hot” for me. Will make with slightly less of the spices next time. Garam Marsala was a bit of a bear. Not easily found in stores. Not to worry! I googled it and found it was a blend of a number of easily found spices. So of course I made some. Rich tasting. Because the taste lingers, it seems more filling than would appear. A welcome addition to any bland meal
