Yields: Approx 5 servings
1Slow-cooker: Cook the chicken separately and pull into pieces. Throw everything into your slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours or so. You can adjust each ingredient based on your personal taste preferences and it will still turn out fabulous!
For Skillet: Cook chicken with garlic and onion. Add crushed tomatoes and all seasonings. Stir in zucchini last and let simmer until zucchini is cooked. Voila!
Phase 4 Modification: Add carrots!
You can also crumble melba toast on top of the dish as a final touch. Enjoy!
Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste- you can't mess this up!
You can also omit the chicken and increase zucchini for a great tasting vegetarian dish.
