Directions

1Cook chicken (boil, grill, bake, etc.), let cool.

2Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

3Chop celery and apple into bite sized pieces.

4Toss chicken, apple, and celery pieces together in a medium size bowl.

5Drizzle with salad dressing.

61 protein serving, 1 vegetable serving, and 1 fruit serving on the HCG diet.

100 g Boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 Medium apple

1-2 Stalks celery

2 tbsp HCG safe salad dressing

I had this for dinner tonight with Apple Cider vinegar and stevia dressing. It was delicious. I am 3 weeks into my journey and this recipe has given me the motivation to go another 3 weeks. Yum, yum, Yum!
