1Mix ingredients for marinade and place in a sealable bag.
2Slice raw chicken into strips and place into the bag of marinade.
3Refrigerate for about 8 hours, turning occasionally.
4Pan fry chicken in a nonstick pan.
5Arrange chicken strips on plate and top with Citrus Tomato Salsa
7Citrus Tomato Salsa:
10Combine dressing, lemon juice, spices, and stevia.
11Add in tomato and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Onion salt
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1 tsp Chili powder
3 drops Stevia
2-100 g Chicken breasts
Sea salt & pepper to taste
CITRUS TOMATO SALSA INGREDIENTS:
1 Large tomato
1/4 tsp Celery salt
2 drops Stevia
1 tsp Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp Garlic powder
