1Roughly chop garlic and basil.
2Place into blender or food processor.
3Add remaining ingredients.
4Pulse until all ingredients are combined and have a liquid consistency.
5Add water if needed to reach the desired consistency.

3/4 cup Cold water
1/2 tsp Fine sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Stevia
1 Clove fresh garlic
1 Handful fresh basil
