Directions 1Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. 2Mix into softened cream cheese and heat in a small saucepan. 3Add garlic, onion, and spices and simmer gently. 4Stir in ½ cup grated parmesan cheese and melt. 5Pour into small crock-pot or dish to serve hot or chill and use as a cold dip for 6veggies.
